Actress Natassia Malthe accuses Harvey Weinstein of raping her

"I remember Harvey afterwards rolling over on to his back and saying, 'Don't you feel we're so much closer to each other now?'" she recalled.

Malthe brought forth the accusations at a news conference held with her attorney, Gloria Allred, at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel in Manhattan.

Though the alleged assault may have occurred outside New York's statute of limitations, said Allred "it may be relevant information for law enforcement to have as they investigate Mr. Weinstein".

Also this week, actress Dominique Huett said Weinstein sexually abused her in 2010 in Beverly Hills and she sued his company for negligence, marking the first civil suit over his alleged abuses since the scandal came to light.

Asked if NYPD officials have reached out already to request a sit-down, Allred declined to answer. It's very gross, it's very gross. A few days later, at his office, they spoke again, and he offered her a ride home, along with his assistant. Once inside, she said Weinstein took off his trousers and sat on the bed. Judd sat down with Diane Sawyer on Thursday's "Good Morning America" for her first public interview since The Times story was published, and she had a surprising new message for the former studio head. She went on to star in two more Weinstein productions. After refusing, Weinstein told her the only way to make it in Hollywood was to have sex with him. She declined and left, feeling "humiliated and stupid" for having been excited about the meeting, she said.

Haleyi says she went because she wanted to maintain a good relationship with him. They met again at the Cannes Film Festival in 2006 and she offered to help on his productions in NY.

Judd opened up about the harassment she faced from Weinstein.

She said Weinstein kept calling and even showed up unannounced at her apartment in the East Village, bullied his way through the door and pleaded with her to join him in Paris.

"I love you, and I understand that you are sick and suffering, and there is help for a guy like you, too, and it's up to you to get that help", Judd said.

When Weinstein returned from Paris, he invited her to his residence, which had children's drawings on display, she said. "This is something I did not want", she told The News.

They watched a little TV, and then Weinstein pounced, she said.

Judd also shared that she had "no warning" before she met with Weinstein of his reputation for exhibiting this offensive behavior toward women.

She said Weinstein put her in touch with one of his casting executives, and at one point they discussed a possible role in the 2008 movie "Hell Ride".
