ESPN Suspends Donovan McNabb, Eric Davis Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations

The lawsuit was initially filed in October, with alleged complaints including age and sex discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, and wrongful termination. Some of those details include lewd acts, including sexually explicit pictures, and even physical restraint.

The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Monday, Dec. 11, implicates current and former employees.

In addition to the players, former NFL Network employee, Jami Cantor, also named former NFL Network executive producer Eric Weinberger, who's now president of sports commentator Bill Simmons's media group.

The #MeToo movement just rocked the sports world.

The accuser was hired by the network in 2006 and worked as a wardrobe stylist, and said she was "subjected to ongoing and continuing sexual harassment by current and former on-air talent". None of the ddefendants have addressed the allegations at this time.

A day after it was announced that the team's QB Carson Wentz will be out for the rest of the season after tearing his ACL as he clinched the NFC East, former QB Donovan McNabb was suspended from his job at ESPN after being implicated in a sexual harassment scandal involving one woman and at least four other players. Weinberger also sent her inappropriate photos as well as comments via text, the complaint alleges.

NFL Network suspends Marshall Faulk, 2 others amid sexual harassment claims: report

Cantor used her own credit card to buy clothes for the National Football League employees but was not fully reimbursed, according to the suit, which also alleges she was required to work overtime without pay and was not given meal and rest breaks.

Cantor's alleges that Faulk, a Hall of Fame running back, asked "deeply personal" questions about her sex life, fondled her, and pulled down his trousers and demanded oral sex, according to the suit filed on Monday.

He is also accused of asking her to 'CUM to dinner with him'. Cantor said that Evans sent nude photos of himself to her "on at least two separate occasions".

"Also, while Plaintiff [Cantor] was working on set on a ladder, Mr. Davis grabbed Plaintiff's behind, slid his hand between Plaintiff's legs, and touched Plaintiff's privates, while saying, 'I can't handle your a** it is so luscious, '" the lawsuit read. She also claimed Sapp gave her sex toys for Christmas three years in a row and showed her nude pictures of women he said he slept with.

Cantor was sacked in October 2016 after falsely being accused of stealing clothing from one of the employees, even though a viewing of an internal video would have shown she took nothing, the suit states.
